TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. In general

These conditions confirm the way of: ordering, payment, delivery and complaints on our Web Shop products offered. Kogra Ltd. is the seller and a buyer is each person over 18 of age who visits our Web Shop and orders goods on one of down below listed possibilities.

2. The accuracy of contents

On our internet shop we are doing our best in presenting our descriptions, pictures as well as the offered prices of our products. In spite of our trying the best, certain mistakes or misanalogies could happen. For example, it could happen that the colours of shoes you are looking at on our web shop and the ones in reality are not exactly equal. That is why the scale of colours partialy depend upon technical characteristics of your monitor and computer.

3. The access of a product

The access to the product we regularly follow our stock, so according to these results we keep it accurate on our internet shop. However, it stil could happen that a certain product is shown on our Web Shop while, the reality is that it is not on the stock. In such a case you may either change or cancel your order.

4. Prices

All prices are expressed in Croatian currency ( HRK ) . Taxes are included in the price of a product. Informative prices could be seen in the offered currency according to your product choice ( EUR, USD, GBP ) .

The buyers outside Republic of Croatia should cover all import duties and takses. We can't forsee how much it could be and therefore we suggest that you inform detaily about it in the customs office of your country.

5. Ordering

All products offered in our internet shop on territory of RH can be ordered on one of the following ways :

• By electronic official form
• By e-mail
• By fax
• By phone

For all other countries orderings are done by electronic official form only. The responsibility for accuracy of inprinted data and its complicity is on the behalf of the buyer. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of its password.

6. Payment Policy

Payment is exclusively by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Payment and credit card authorization takes place online in real time. Security payments, and your information concerned the company Ouroboros, Inc., a leading Payment Gateway company in Croatia.

All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

7. Shipping

No charge will be made to your credit card until the goods are ready for shipping to you. When we receive your order, we will send confirmation of orders to your e-mail. All orders will be sent to customer within two working days, from the date of order confirmation.

8. Return or exchange

You can return or exchange purchased item if you don’t like it. You should make it in 14 days. We will not accept complaints after that date. Item must be unused and in original packaging, along with the original invoice you received with the shipment. If you do not want to exchange item, we will return funds to your credit card account .All the shipping costs for the returns and exchanges are covered by the customer’s side.

The customer has the right to return a product that is not ordered or damaged product, if damage was not caused by transport. In this case, in consultation with customer (e-mail, phone), we  will approve the return of the product, and send to customer a new shipment at no additional cost. Returned product must be accompanied by original invoice.

9. Privacy Policy

Company Kogra Ltd. pledges to protect personal data from its customers. We will gather only the personal data necessary to carry out the orders submitted; company Kogra Ltd. informs the customers about the way of securing the personal data, and gives its customers the ability to choose not to participate in various lists which we may prepare for marketing purposes or to remove their data from our systems altogether.
All the data about our customers are securely stored and are available only to authorized personnel. All the employees and business partners of company Kogra Ltd. are responsible for performing under the similar terms for handling the customer private data.

10. Security Policy

Payment on our website is safe! We use Ouroboros Payment Gateway service for online payment (http://www.ouroboros.hr), which employs the newest security technologies, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security protocol with at least 128-bit encryption, as well as other technologies and security procedures designed to protect privacy of your data.

The exchange of confidential data between the online payment system and the authorization centers of credit card companies is done through a Virtual Private Network (VPN), completely protected from unauthorized access. Confidential data from your credit card is sent directly to the authorization center online. Card numbers are not stored in our system. The indicator of secure communication between your personal computer and Ouroboros Payment Gateway is a small icon of padlock in the ower corner of your web browser. If you hover your mouse pointer over that little padlock, a small tool-tip will appear, saying "SSL Secured", as well as showing the current level of encryption (128-bit).

Kogra Ltd. may at any time change or update the content of the XL-SHOES Web Shop and Terms & Conditions.
